Hot Stone Massage Approx. 75 min.
This massage integrates the properties of heated basalt stones and warm eucalyptus oil. The heat warms and relaxes the muscles which increases the blood flow to areas being worked n. The warmth of the hot stones also improves circulation and calms the nervous system.
Not recommended when outside temperatures exceed 80 degrees)

Deep Tissue Massage  
Deep Tissue massage is administered to affect deep layers of the musculature. It helps with chronic muscle pain, injury rehabilitation and reduces inflammation-related pain. It is generally incorporated with other massage techniques.

Client wears comfortable, loose fitting clothing. Passive stretching and compression is used. The only thing that the client has to do is breathe, which n turn allows the muscles to relax more deeply. this massage is good for athletes and pretty much anyone!
   
Reiki Session Approx. 60 min.
A Japanese energy technique used for stress reduction, relaxation and rebalancing of one's energy. During the session, the practitioner gently places their hands on the body or hover above the chakras (energy centers) of the body. The client will feel relaxed after the session.
   
Body Contour Wrap Approx. 90 min.
This wrap provides inch loss, diminishing of cellulite, and body shaping. Provides cellulite reduction through detoxifying body cleansing. Perfect addition to a weight loss program, 3 to 6 wraps are recommended.
